Colorado 1-2 Houston (Robertson Stadium)
Houston finally got off the snide, but they needed some questionable officiating to get it done. First, Dynamo striker Brian Ching's 43rd-minute goal was clearly offside and then a Rapids assistant coach and a bench player were sent off in two separate "dissent" incidents called by head ref Tim Weyland. Colorado's Omar Cummings pulled one back for the visitors before Dwayne DeRosario's PK gave Houston its first win of the year. (P.S. - FSC announcer Max Bretos is a douchebag)

FC Dallas 1-2 Real Salt Lake (Rice-Eccles Stadium)
Kyle Beckerman continues to make a case for himself for possible USMNT inclusion by scoring the winner against FC Dallas in the 73rd minute. RSL got on the board thanks to some shoddy keeping by Dario Sala who came out to challenge but failed to clear, allowing Javier Morales an easy putaway. Hoops forward Kenny Cooper squeezed a high shot near post past Nick Rimando in the 56th minute before Beckerman managed to toe poke home an Andy Williams chip into the box.

Columbus 3-2 San Jose (Buck Shaw Stadium)
Two MLS rookies combined to give the Crew its fifth win in a row, as Robbie Rogers scored a brace and former UC-Irvine forward Brad Evans scored his first MLS goal. Bookending the younsters' performances were goals by Ramiro Corrales and Ryan JohnSon who managed to make the final minutes a bit more interesting.
